Temperature stability up to 110 °C (cooking) and −40 °C (freezing).
Complies with EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 for food‑contact materials.
Shelf‑life valid through Q1 2027 (stored ≤ 25 °C, ≤ 65 % RH).
